Consultation on the Sustainability of StandICT.eu

StandICT.eu 2026 Sustainability Consultation – Share Your Insights!

As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening European leadership in ICT standardisation, StandICT.eu has launched the 2026 Sustainability Consultation to gather insights from its community. This initiative aims to shape the future direction of the programme, ensuring that its support remains aligned with the evolving needs of the ICT standardisation landscape.

Why is this consultation important?
Since its inception in 2018 as an EU-funded initiative, StandICT.eu has played a pivotal role in increasing the presence of European experts in global ICT standardisation efforts. Over the years, it has provided funding through its Trust-Grants™ platform, facilitated knowledge-sharing via the EUOS Observatory, and offered training through the Standards Academy, equipping experts with the necessary tools to navigate the complex ICT standardisation ecosystem.

With over 400 experts supported and funding grants of up to €10,000 per project, StandICT.eu has made a significant impact. However, as standardisation evolves alongside regulatory and technological shifts, ensuring long-term sustainability is essential. This includes providing more targeted support, aligning with EU policy priorities, and equipping experts with both technical expertise and strategic skills to navigate emerging challenges.

Your input will help guide the next steps for StandICT.eu, ensuring it continues to provide valuable support to the European standardisation community. The consultation survey takes just 15 minutes to complete and will be closed 30 April 2025

Take the survey now and help shape the future of ICT standardisation!
